DELIVERY
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to FULFILL an order, after which it’s SHIPPED out. Shipping time is 10–20 business days, depending on your location.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in Canada and the USA.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

Customers accept responsibility for providing a verifiable Canada Post shipping address.
Hear Our Voices cannot be held responsible for where Canada Post leaves your shipped package or if the intended recipient does not receive a delivered package at the shipping address they provided.
Hear Our Voices cannot offer refunds or reship orders due to customers neglecting to monitor their tracked package, providing incorrect shipping information, or a Canada Post error.
Hear Our Voices is not responsible for compensating or replacing orders for late deliveries caused by Canada Post.
Inclement weather and/or Canada Post service interruptions beyond our control may affect delivery dates.
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, contact us at hovmichel@gmail.com with your order number.
ORDERS
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations in Canada and USA, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please email us at hovmichel@gmail.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at hovmichel@gmail.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
